Walgreens: $5/$25 coupon--good through Saturday

5off25-1

Walgreens just released another $5/$25 coupon which is good through Saturday (August 29, 2009)! Go print yours here.

Remember that the find print on these coupons states they must be used after all coupons. However, these are great coupons to use on items which produce Register Rewards or that you will get rebates for.

If you have yet to do the Kellogg's Fuel for School Rebate, here's a scenario from Heather at NWA Deals:

Buy 2 select Kellogg's cereals at $2.50 each
Buy 4 Keebler cookies or club crackers at $2.50 each
Buy 4 more Kellogg's snacks or cereal of your choice at $2.50 each
Buy 2 Listerine Cool Blue for Kids at $4 each
Buy 2 Benadryl Itch Relief Products at $3.99 each

Use 5 $1/2 Kellogg's coupons printable from coupon.com available on the side bar or from the 8/2 insert
Use 1 B1G1 Listerine Cool Blue coupon from the 8/2 insert
Use 1 $1/1 Listerine coupon from the 6/14 insert
Use 1 $1/1 Listerine coupon from Kids Coloring Book (will deduct $2)
Use 2 $1/1 Benadryl coupons from the 8/2 insert

Your total should now be $26.98. Use the $5/25 coupon and that will bring your final total down to $21.98 plus tax.

Then, you'll get back a $2 Register Reward for purchasing the Kellogg's cereal, a $5 Register Reward for purchasing the Keebler snacks, a $3 Register Reward for purchasing the Listerine, and a $5 Register Reward for purchasing the Benadryl.

Your total after the Register Rewards will be $6.98.

Then, submit your receipt for the $10.00 Fuel for School Rebate and you'll get everything for free plus make a small profit!

Heather also posted a diaper scenario here and Saving with Shellie has another great scenario here.
