Publix has gone one above and has begun to offer FREE Diabetes medications as well!

You can get Glucophage Generic, Metformin (500 mg, 850 mg and 1000 mg)

Up to 30-days supply at a time.

There is no limit to refills!

Publix: Perscriptions Filled For FREE

Publix has offered FREE antiobotics for quites sometime now.  I love to shop at Publix, but do live quite a way from them...Because of this, when we get out of the doctor's office, if I have a perscription for a generic drug, my co-payment is usually $8.00, So it is not really advantageous for me to drive a distance to get a free generic drug.

These antibotics are :

Free 14 Day Supply of:

• Amoxicillin
• Cephalexin (caps and suspension only)
• Sufamethoxazole/trimethoprim(SMZ-TMP)
• Ciprofloxacin(excluding XR)
• Penicillin VK
• Ampicillin
• Erthromycin Stearate and Ethylsuccinate
• Doxycycline Hyclate (Caps)

There are no limits to the number of perscriptions you can have filled and they are FREE!

You might want to keep this list handy if you go to the doctor and see if he or she can write your perscription from this list.
