Recipes From The Stocked Pantry: Easy Spicy Chili

We Love Chili!
With trying to save money...we usually have a crock pot of bean of one sort or the other once a week...We will eat the beans and then make other meals from the beans..

This is CHILI NIGHT!
This is one recipe that we have often.
Wanted to share.
Enjoy!

1 Large Onion-chopped
4 Cloves of Garlic, minced
2 Green Peppers-chopped
Saute in 2 Tbsp Grapeseed Oil until onions are clear...but still crunchy
Set aside.

In a large pot cook 1 lb of Ground Turkey or Chicken (LEAN)(OPTIONAL)
Drain Meat

Add to Pot:
2 jars Ragu Pasta Sauce , Any Chunky Flavor
1 Jar (Ragu Jar) Of Water
1 Chili Season Packet Original-I used McCormick
2 Chili Season Packet Hot
1 Hidden Valley Ranch Season Packet
Stir in and add:
Saute Veggies
2 Cans Diced Tomatoes (if you like it hot, use with chilis)
Add approx 8 cups brown beans...or enough to your taste
You can also add 1 or 2 cans of black beans

Heat until warm fully through..
Once heated.....serve

Do not Cook-just warm through.

This stuff is awesome.
Serve with shredded cheese, oh and a big spoon!
Make plenty cause the 3rd night Chili Spaghetti!
