I would say that typically, we drink from a water filter from our sink like the one you're giving away. Well, ours died not too long ago, and water began shooting out all over the place... so now, we drink straight from the tap, and I have to say, I got spoiled from the filter, as it taste much better! thanks for the chance to get better water back!

We drink bottled water (buy it in the gallons) because we live in the country and have well water and it tastes gross it has a rusty irony taste yuck! So this would be lovely to try!

Although we have a filter on our refrigerator water, we mostly drink from the tap. Our fridge filter/water is on the inside of the fridge so it's not terribly convenient to just grab a cup of water. If I want a cold glass of water I'll use the fridge. I would love to be able to have filtered water quickly and easily from the tap!

ReplyDeleteI typically drink from the tap, but we have a Britta pitcher for the fridge that my husband uses. I find that I tend to drink more water if it isn't ice cold which is why I've been sticking to tap. This would solve both our problems!

ReplyDeleteI drink tap water almost exclusively - it tastes pretty good in our town, although I probably should be filtering it anyway; taste isn't the only indicator of purity. I have to say though, I can't drink the tap water in my parents' town, it just tastes so icky. :-/

I feel very fortunate in that at my house we have wonderful straight from the tap clear, crisp water. In fact people have moved to this area because of the water because some surrounding areas it is nasty.
ReplyDeleteI am entering this in hopes to win for my parents. Their water is just nasty! They have their own well water but it is low and their pipes are getting old, if you were to drink water out of the tap it would have floaties in it (BARF!). It is not even close to be clear, kinda a really pale mud color. I have refused to drink their tap water for years and I honestly fear what it does to them. They already use the Brita refridgerator filter jug but it only makes so much and my mom still cooks with the nasty tap water. Just thinking of it gags me. I wish they could afford to redo the pipes, that would help but really it lies beneath with the well being so low. Years ago they had someone come out to do a survey of it, they also used a witching stick (no, I did not believe in these till I did it myself and the stick actually moved!).

We drink mostly tap water, some bottled water, the water in our town is full of lime, if I leave a glass of water set for a day, the glass actually feels like it has pits in it, kinda of scary thinking about it inside your body, thanks for such a great giveaway.
